For those that do not have rental reimbursement on their policy, Travelers insureds that use a ConciergeClaim Center get a free loaner car.  At lease they stressed that in Lewisville.  So, if you’re in the Dallas area and you have Travelers insurance, there’s a nugget for you in case of a claim.

Another neat feature of the Travelers Concierge Claims service, were the dedicated bays. Travelers has a section of the body shop dedicated to Travelers customers only. From time your keys are taken, an insurance company representative is on premises ensuring that your car is repaired properly handled.  The representatives stressed the fact that customers could receive daily updates, email, phone calls, or whatever. The importance is that the insurance company is taking care of your car through out the claims process.

After your car is done, Travelers guarantees your repairs for as long as you own your cars.  That means that if they forgot to connect a mirror’s wiring, you can go back and get it done.  All in all, the tour of the ConciergeClaim center makes me really think about the folks that ask about Travelers insurance.  Their attention to detail, clean and courteous environment, combined with the time saving attention to detail makes choosing their claims center a no brainer if I ever have to my vehicle repaired.
